What You'll Do:

  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing in-depth product expertise and best practices
  • Lead workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and training with technical and executive stakeholders
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
  • Translate business requirements into effective process automation and system orchestration designs
  • Build and configure Krista Conversations that deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and accountability
  • Identify opportunities for additional value creation and communicate them to client leadership

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience leading software or AI implementations with proven success in client delivery
  • Strong skills in project management, business analysis, workflow design, and requirements gathering
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Technical background with programming experience and ability to configure solutions
  • Proactive, client-first mindset with strong problem-solving and time management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 15%

  • Basic understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, or scripting languages (Python, JavaScript)
  • Exposure to AI-driven solutions, workflow automation platforms, and LLMs
